Tracy James Audiology Training – Terms & Conditions (individual bookings)
After completing an online booking form we will hold a place for you on your chosen course. Your place is provisionally booked, however it is not confirmed until full payment is received.
Payment is required within one month of the invoice date. For bookings made within one month of the course start date, payment is required upon receipt of the invoice.
For bookings made within 48 hours of the course date, a £25 late booking fee will be charged.
For overdue payments we may apply a £25 late payment fee at our discretion.
Please note: We do not add VAT to our prices, so you do not need to add VAT to the payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the course please inform us soon as possible – admin@tjaudiology.com
If you cancel and give us more than one calendar months’ notice we can refund your fee, or switch you to an alternative course date with no admin fees.
With less than one calendar months’ notice, your course fee cannot be refunded, however we can switch you to an alternative date (£25 admin fee applies).
Our courses run subject to minimum numbers (typically 4) and occasionally courses are cancelled due to low numbers. In the event that we need to cancel a course we will give you as much notice as possible. Please note that there is risk that cancellations could occur with short notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. trainer illness).
If we need to cancel a course, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the course or transfer your booking onto the next course date. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund any personal, accommodation or travel costs incurred as a result of the course booking. It is therefore recommended that any travel or accommodation arrangements that are made in advance of the course date(s) are fully refundable.
PAYMENT TERMS:
You can pay by PayPal or bank transfer.
IMPORTANT: If your place of work are paying for your course fees please ensure that the invoice is passed to the finance/procurement department.
T&Cs for Purchase Orders
For organisations paying by PO we request that the PO has the attendees full name as well as the course name and date. Please also provide an email address to whom we should communicate with regarding the payment.
Upon receipt of a PO we will acknowledge it and its associated terms and conditions. NHS and local authorities standard payment terms are 30 days from the PO date and we expect to receive the payment into our bank account within this time frame.

Thank you for booking a date for an in-house training course with Tracy James Audiology. The training date is provisionally booked, however it is not confirmed until full payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
If it is necessary for your organisation to cancel the entire in-house training course, we can refund 50% of the fees, providing you have given Tracy James Audiology more than one calendar months’ notice. With less than one calendar months’ notice, the course fee cannot be refunded.
We will ask for a list of names of attendees at the time of payment. It is possible to change names of attendees, however the course fees cannot be changed if individuals drop out.
Occasionally, courses may need to be cancelled by Tracy James Audiology. In such a circumstance, we would give you at least 7 days’ notice. There is a possibility that cancellations could occur with fewer than 7 day notice due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness). In the event that Tracy James Audiology needs to cancel a course, we will be able to provide a full refund for the cost of the course or move your in-house booking to an alternative date.
