Complaints Procedure

If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services please do not hesitate to call or email us at: [email protected] . We will attend to your complaint quickly, efficiently and confidentially. Within 24 hours we will acknowledge your complaint and will advise you of what steps we are taking to resolve the issues you have. On a regular basis you will be informed of the progress of the work we will carry out to try to resolve problem you have experienced. 

 

Cancellation policy – Training Courses

It is very important that you inform TJ Audiology Services if you are unable to attend the course as soon as possible. If you are unable to attend please call Tracy James on 07984495019 or email at: [email protected]

Individual bookings: Refunds of half the cost of the course fee per person will be given with more than one calendar months’ notice. A full refund may be possible if another delegate is able to fill your place. With less than one calendar months’ notice, your course fee cannot be refunded.

Group bookings: If the whole group is cancelled, then half the cost of the course fee can be refunded with more than one calendar months’ notice. With less than one calendar months’ notice, the course fee cannot be refunded. Substitutions within the group are possible, but course fees cannot be changed if individuals drop out.

 

Remittance Terms

We accept payments by electronic transfer or by PayPal. We do accept direct credit card payments processed by the PayPal payment processor.

Unless by prior arrangement we ask that all invoices are settled by return. Until the payment is clear we will not proceed with placement. All deposits paid towards the new project and requested to be refunded will be refunded less reasonable deduction of an administration charge which we will withhold towards covering cost involved with work already started.
