Many years ago there was a book by Susan and James Jerger (now out of print) called Auditory Disorders : A Manual for Clinical Evaluation – published 1981).

A bit like Katz it was weighty . What it did was look at what type of audiograms, tymps, reflexes etc, that you would expect given a particular ear pathology. This series of articles is my homage to James Jerger.
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 1 – Frequent Offenders
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 2 – On The Soap Box
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 3 – Otosclerosis
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 4 – Meniere’s Disease
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 5 – Acoustic Neuroma/Vestibular Schwannoma
Ear Pathologies and Audiograms : Part 6 – Sudden Sensorineural Hearing Loss
